What if every goal began by understanding the person behind it?
For too long, people have been asked to adapt themselves to rigid systems and one-size-fits-all ways of working.
The idea behind Oryon Accord began in 2007 with a simpler observation: good problem solvers rarely fit neat job descriptions, and good ideas rarely find the right people. The original proposal imagined a network connecting problems worth solving with the people capable of solving them.
Building that network well meant starting somewhere more fundamental—understanding people themselves, first. Today, that journey begins with Aime, and continues toward the network we set out to build in 2007.
